Don Salvador Benedicto

Don Salvador Benedicto (DSB) is a municipality here in Negros Occidental. There are many places you can visit like the Malatan-og Falls, Road to Mayana Peak, Padre Pio’s Garden and etc.

There are also places where you can stay and relax like La Vista Highland and Jonax Peak. This is a place where you can bond because of the pool.

Boracay Island

Boracay is one of the island in the Philippines. This island is known for its beautiful beaches. White sand beaches and clear blue is at best there. Last year it was temporary closed for clean up because it exceed on its carrying capacity . Last october it was reopened and better now.

Boracay is one of the worlds best beaches. The view in boracay especially during sunset is captivating. In boracay there’s no such thing as bored their. There are so many fun activies there like scuba diving, kite surfing, helmet diving, snorkelling,island hopping , mermaid swimming and kayaking.

As for now to preserve the beauty of this island alchoholic drinks and smoking are not allowed. Tables, chairs and umbrellas are banned.

There’s hotel where you can rest comfortably. So Come And Rediscover Boracay Again.

The Ruins

If your fan of history come and visit the ruins at Talisay city Negros Occidental. This mansion belongs to the family of Don Mariano Ledesma Lacson and Maria Braga Lacson. This mansion was not only built because of wealth but also because of Don mariono’s love for Maria brigade who died during the pregnancy of their 11th child.

As they said because of Don Mariano’s wealth the mansion was built using the yolk of egg. The mansion shines during the mid day.

The mansion was intentionally burn down during WWII in order to prevent invading Japanese forces from being able to use the building as a headquarters. It took 3 days to burn but only the pillars of the mansion, the grand staircase, as well as parts of the two-inch wooden floors on the second story remained.

The ruins was used as the setting of one filipino drama and also a place of reception because of its view.

This place is just one proof of true love. Come and Visit the ruins and fall inlove with the beauty it have.

Negros Occidental High School

Negros Occidental High School or NOHS is knows as the culture of excellence. A school that can accomodate thousands of students and teachers. This school is one of a kind because of the achievements and activities won.

Negros Occidental High School offers SPA (Special Program in Arts) where students that have talents in singing, dancing, arts, theater and media register. SPS (Special Program in Sports) is also offered to student that are into sports: track and field etc. NOHS do offer SPSTE (Special Program in Science Teachnology and Engineering) students that are pioneers in science and math, the future engineers and scientists. The most recent programs NOHS produced was SPJ (Special Program in Journalism), students that are journalistic: featue writing, copy writing, broadcasting etc.

NOHS is a nice school with good teachers that will educate you lessons and lessons in life.

Lakawon Island Resort and Spa

Lakawon island resort and spa is also known as the banana-shaped island. It is a fun place, although you need to travel 3-4 hours from Bacolod- the city of smiles, your exhaustion would pay off the moment you arrive in the island.
